As already mentioned in my critique, I just tried to address the density to remove the slightly smoky effect. All the adjustments were only minor alterations, such as: levels, contrast, saturation, and a wee bit of USM just to round it off. Oh yes, I've also removed the border, not that there was anything wrong with it, but just because I increased the canvas size at the top and the border would have made that a little bit tricky.
