| Présentation: | I did not know how much I did not know before joining TE and TN..... My love for taking pictures has passed to me from my father - I am in the (long) process of scanning his old negatives these days, many are B&Ws My First camera was an old Nikon with 50mm lens that produced fantastic images and survived a long off-the-beaten-track trip to South America - well done Nikon! Later got a Nikon 6006 for a few years, it still works but was pushed aside by the digital revolution. Joining TE & TN pushed me over the edge from film to digital and I fell into the cold waters holding my newly bought D70 tight to help me float. Since joining I learn more and more, the 'digital waters' don't feel cold anymore and the D70 feels more and more like a sail boat ;-) Many thanks to you all and especialy the criticizing and demanding guys out there! Nature, sea and travel were always my passions. I simply love getting to know different cultures, people and places. -Photography is the spice that makes the above dish taste even better ;-) Most my images these days are taken as RAW.
