Un très belle oiseau bien photographié !
On remarque bien ses plumes touffus pour se protéger du froid (même si il faisait bon aujourd'hui ;))
Le piqué est très bon.

This is really well captured! I love the pose of the bird. The catch-light in the eye is nice. I especially like the contrast between the soft, downy feathers of the bird and the sharp, thorny stalks. Excellent sharpness overall. Good natural colors.

Hi Anne. i have not seen any butterflies in Southern England yet this year. You have taken a fine close uo of the cute little bird. Which has sharp focusing and fine detail. I like the pOV looking up to the bird. well done TFS.

A fine frontal capture of a female House Sparrow. She is sharply seen in the fine side lighting and I like the composition among the rose stems against a blue sky.

Shooting a small bird in a maze of branches is not an easy affair, Anne. I have faced this situation recently during my trip home.
However, you have managed a clear and unobstructed view of this cute little bird. The focus is sharp and the bird with its wings fluffed up looks very charming.

You really do have an "eye" for teh soft and cuddly side of nature...your many aviary captures show the real "character" behind teh bird...Very nice!

Hi Anne,
i like looking at this puffy and cute little fellow.
Eyes very sharp and shines. The branches give a good graphical features and also it reminds me of Japanese painting.
