Very elegant looking bird :-) Nice details and capture although I think the contrast could be raised a bit higher here.

Nice photo of this hooded merganser. Good sharpness, detail, and colours. I might prefer this image with the full body but I've also found that getting close photos of these birds can be difficult so well done. TFS.

What an amazing capture!
This is really a very funny catch...i on't believe i've seen lots of these here (except yours), so it made me laught a little when i first saw it.
The details and DOF here ar terrific, but what i raelly like the most is that piercing eye that just stands out from there.
