This is a prairie dog from Mexico, which is an endangered species at least in this country. Their habitat is quite peculiar, they make their colonies where there are no high plants, and if they start growing they prune them so they can have a nice view in order to be alerted of any threat and go quickly into their trenches.

Hola Nachito.
Siempre es muy bello y agradable tener la oportunidad de admirar esta especie de roedores en su medio ambiente natural. Afortunadamente las personas ya han tomado conciencia de cuidar esta especie que solo se localiza en estas regiones del mundo.
La imagen bastante buena, en una pose muy peculiar, aunque pasadita de luz. alta definicion y nitiez. El reflejo del sol en su ojo son puntos adicionales.
