Another shot of an Eastern Gray Squirrel (Sciurus carolinensis) in the late afternoon sun. The squirrel seemed as intent on staring me down as I was on capturing it in the waning light - worked out well for both of us!

impressive backligth handled! i think the saturation is a bit over correct, but teh result archieved is interestig and atractive to eye.

Hello Jeff,
Fantastic lighting effect giving the tail the appearance of being fully illuminated by the sun. A great pose showing the beautiful detail and facial expressions of this cute little animal. Very nice!!

Hi Jeff , I guess the Campus squirrels are a bit more brave than the park ones here , I'm luck to get a quick shot...

light is great in this one , real eye catcher , good composition too , kind of agree with comment about color cast being a bit strong , but whatever, color rendition is really just personal taste...
