I was lucky to see a lot of species of squrrels on my last trip to the US now, but i've never seen a black one...it looks terrific!
I really like the pose in which you've captured it here as well as the very nice and sharp details it is presented in.
Good DOF and nice composition, too.

I like the off-center composition, and the season is shown well too with the scattering of leaves on the ground. I have had a few black squirrels at my home in East Texas, though I have not seen any in a year or so. They like to steal the pecans off my trees. I would not mind sharing with them if only they understood the concept of sharing:)

Il est SUPERBE Michel. Je n'ai pas vu souvent des écureuils noir, seulement quelques fois et à Rosemère... La pose, les détails et couleurs sont très belles. Les éléments d'automne sont toujours un plus dans un photo. Bravo!
