What an amazing specimen. You have pictured it at a very funny moment. You managed to reflect its state perfectly. Bird's eyes and impression of the face are very cute. I also like superb reproduction of each bird's feather and water drops on it. Shot is so colourful and pictorial. Smooth BG is looked so nicely as main hero. Well done and kind regards.

Hi Omer,

What a magnificent close-up this is! The Chaffinch looks quite different when he is so wet. The wet feathers and big droplets are wonderful. I love the expression on his face and the great eye contact. Beautiful colors, fine details, and a very unique shot. I love it!

Hi Omer. The poor thing looks wet and cold. But you have been able to get a fine close up showing the drips of water on the feathers. You have taken this with fine detail and rich looking colours . You have done well with the poor light you must of had. well done TFS. Interesting notes too.

A fine close capture of a male Chaffinch: I have never seen a wetter one! Despite the poor light this is very sharp and taken with a fine DOF from this half-frontal POV against a suitable OOF natural BG.

Even with the difficult lighting condition you have made an excelent photo. The image is extremly sharp showing fine details. The wet feathers and the water drops from the bird creates a special atmosphere.
