Another masterpiece of a picture worth waiting for, Omer.
This is the kind of picture I dream of taking one day, which could perhaps remain a dream only.
There is some undefinable quality to this work that verges on the mystical.
So far as photography as an art form is concerned, I would rate this picture among the best ten I have seen in my life.

Hi Omer,
What a beautiful light you've captured on the heron and what a beautiful moment as well. For me its just so much better to see the heron in a more natural enviroment then to what I see in my country. The Herons here even stay during the winter, feeding on trash and human food.
Compositional wise I think the photo could be stronger. The Heron is too much centered, and would be better positioned more the right and lower in the frame.

Hi Omer, this is a very good shot of this Grey Heron. You have very excellent detail seen on the bird. The shot is sharp and very well composed, with this bird standing in the water with it's fish. The reflection just adds to this. The colour is very good, and very natural looking throughout, with excellent light.
