Welcome to Treknature, that's the most important thing. Your debut image is spectacular, sharpness on the lizard's head is excellent. Probably, if you crop more from left to off-center the main compositional element (the head), the picture should even be more harmonic to the viewer, but a good one in this form, too. Impressive debuting post, congratulations! Enjoy your stay on TN while posting your photos and commenting of others'. One more thing to add: please try to write notes to your photos. About the species, aabout how you made the photo etc. - anything, which is important, goes! I hope to see more work from you soon.
Best regards, László
Ciao Anna, a great welcome on TN, great portrait of fantastic lizard, fine details, splendid sharpness and wonderful bright colors, very well done, my friend, ciao Silvio
A belated welcome on TN. I concur with the critiques above. However, the man-made elements are not really supposed to be visible and could be easily cloned out, which would make your subject stand out even better. Best wishes for many more great images.
