Hi Alex,i'm not a bird specialist and i don't know the name, but i must to give you my best compliments for the quality of this pic, really impressives details and colors despite the distance and very nice composition too.Have a nice day and thanks,Luciano
A great shot of what I believe is a Wood Warbler; Phylloscopus sibilatrix. You have done a fine job of photographing it while perched high in this tree. Excellent focus and wonderful eye contact. Beautiful colors and attractive catch light in it's eye. Well done!!

The thumbnail is very discreet, but once opened it shows a most subtle bird-picture. Love the way you rendered the fine colours of the bird's plumage and the blue sky offers you the best possible colour-contrast. As usual excellent sharpness too. A very cute model you had! We just have to find out about its name.
Decent picture of this bird which looks like some kind of warbler ( may be Icterine Warbler,,, not sure )

The bird it is a beauty, and your photo with
the soft light and color tones it is rendering
it more beautiful, the catch-light at the eye
enhancing the photo by rendering it more beautiful,
and the POV & the way it is framed on the image
bringing dynamism to the photo, TFS

DOF impressive MF Alexei! Magnifcient colours stunning details.
I hate to complicate matters, but this is actually a juvenile Willow Warbler Phylloscopus trochilus. The juveniles are much more brightly coloured than the adults, hence the similarity to Wood Warbler, but the Willow warbler is a common bird of scrub-land and garden, while the Wood Warbler is a bird of mature deciduous woodland. It's a very attractive photograph of the bird in its habitat, precisely focused and nicely lit.
Best wishes, Nigel.

Fabulous composition and sharpness, very spectacular and impressive image, even with a slight cyan / blue overcast colorwise. About the ID I think Nigel is right, the Wood Warbler is a species of beech and spruce forests, while the Willow Warbler lives on riversides, in riparian habitats on lower altitude.
Best regards, László
