Hello Luciano,
A lovely specimen with beautiful markings and natural color tones. Very sharp focus while displaying excellent detail. If it were sitting on the side of a tree it would be almost invisible to the naked eye. Well done!!

Ciao Luciano, deliziosa falenetta, fantastici dettagli e splendida nitidezza, bravissimo come al solito, ciao Silvio

Hello Luciano,
Beautiful coloured Moth. Well captured. Good exposure and details. Like your framing. Beautiful name; Wood Carpet.
Thanks for sharing,

As you observed on my Wagtail picture, these compact cameras have a tendency to focus on the background and leave part of the subject in soft focus, Luciano. That's what has happened in your picture too here; focus on the left wing tip has gone soft. The species of Moth. however, is gorgeous.

Hello Luciano,
Nice image with a colorful moth. Indeed it is spread also in my region.

Bonjour Luciano,

Les feuilles aident au cadrage du papillon. La prise de vue permet de voir les détails du papillon Mélanippe riveraine. La bonne luminosité fait ressortir les couleurs. Bonne journée.
