Ciao Roberto,
looking at the thumb-nail it appeared that a leaf covered a part of the left forewing.
Instead, it is a large lesion which probably did not prevent the specimen from flying fast and controlled.
Presentation of the dark pattern parts and body structures has been done perfectly due to
well balanced exposure. Furthermore, focus and sharpness are superb.

Insomma...non dovrei dirloio perche' sono un collezionista di vecchie babbione,ma di queste nuove nuove ce n'erano in giro un sacco..se proprio andato a beccare la nonna....in compenso la foto e' estremamente perfetta,una nitidezza pazzesca e colori piu' che reali,bellissima foto davvero,buona settimana,Luciano. p.s. io sono gia' a corto di soggetti differenti..eheh..faremo 6 mesi di repliche? O diamo la caccia ai corvi e ai piccioni?

Wonderful macro capture of the red Admiral with wonderful details! The sharpness is crisp and the POV is very well chosen. The clarity is crystal clear. Though a hurted butterfly, but the beauty of this butterfly doesn't fait with that.

Bonjour Roberto,
Le Vulcain est si difficile à bien photographier et tu as si bien réussi. Une netteté excellente et une lumière parfaite pour mettre en valeur les moindres détails des ailes. Une très bonne maîtrise de la lumière, bravo!

ottimo cromatismo in questa presa tra il verde per questa
atalanta dalle ali segnate dal tempo...per quanto corcerne l'uso del flash,ho anch'io delle remore nel senso che lo utilizzo solo
in condizioni estreme...nella foto in questione solo luce naturale!
