The bird is well placed in the frame. The point of view is showing with precision the details of the Bennett's Woodpecker. The good luminosity is bringing out the colours. Have a nice day.
What a gorgeous woodpecker you have presented to us. I love the array of colorful markings it wears in its plumage. The chestnut brown cheek patch it wears reminds me of a woodpecker I saw once out west, the Arizona woodpecker (Leuconotopicus arizonae).
Excellent detail and very good exposure, especially considering the low lighting you experienced. Wonderful eye contact with a bit of that ever sought after..catchlight.
When you say high ISO, how high do you mean? I usually never shoot over 800 because I'm afraid of getting too much noise.

Your "high ISO experience" turned out very well, the photo is absolutely noise-free. Composition, exposure and DoF are perfect also, probably I might add a little extra sharpening on the bird after the re-sizing procedure, but a very good photo otherwise. Thanks for sharing this beauty.
Kind regards from Ireland, László
