Hi Karl,I wish I could help you in an ID but as a guess it does sort of look wren like but I just don't know for sure.The light for this shot was not the best you could hope to work with but still the photo has good detail and as already said a proud looking pose going for it.I have done a workshop using my photo editor shadow/highlight recovery tool to bring out some of the hidden details.I hope you enjoy the difference.Thanks for sharing. I dont' know what kind of bird it is, but it's very proud looking. It makes for a good picture. You captured him nicely. He would probably photograph better if the sky was a clearer blue or maybe a background of green even. Still a very nice picture. TFS Trevor
