Wel...I think it is Gonepterix cleopatra, because of the yellow orange color on the wings.
The Gonepterix rhamni is green

It is a Macroglossum stellatarum (Linnaeus,
1758).
Its a moth that belongs to the Sphingidae Macroglossinae Macroglossini Macroglossina family.
Perfect "eye"!

Very rare in Portugal.
I only see it twice in my region, Castelo Branco, on several years of observation.

In Portugal the most common is Zygaena trifolii.
