Dear Anna
This is a great dedication to a chap whom I have come to respect for his stand in the forum when everybody else wanted to through their toys out of the cot. I myself wanted to write something about him and Lord Potty on the forum but decided to let go. They both tried very hard to relax everybody. This is a great story you have told us in your notes and you have the photographs to proof that. The colours in your image is stunning. The whole image all together is great work. The presentation is greatly done and remind me of a statue. This is really great photography. Thanks for great story telling as usual.
Best regards
Aaltjie and Hettie.

Dear Anna
I wanted to write your postings when I have more time on hand, and decided to write a few quick ones for other members. While having that in mind I do the blond joke thing and end of one of my critiques to a fellow member as "Regards Anna" I realised it to late and could not edit my name. ha-ha-ha I am sure this guy is going to think I am a bit cookoos. Anyway this is a great posting and I can image your excitement in the whole photographing process. The colours is so beautiful. What I like here the most is the smooth head of this hawk and I can understand where the Afrikaans name of Kaalwangvalk come about. You have done yourself proud and I am also proud of you and I am sure Lootjie as well.
Keep it up girl.
Best regards

Hallo Maurizio
This is truly beautiful. A striking image due to the variation of colours all in one. Love the gold patch on the pheasants head. I also fancy the casual walking motion captured. The golden coloured beak and eye is greatly noticeable. Thanks for sharing this beautiful autumn coloured bird.
Best regards
Aaltjie

Hallo Jusni
I have not seen you around lately and here you surprise us with a beautiful seascape scenery.
This truly lovely. It looks peaceful and creates a relaxing atmosphere. Looking at this scenery takes me back to my childhood, especially if I look at the small stones at the edge of the shoreline. We could play for hours on end with these stones of all shapes and sizes. The shoemarks in the dry part of the sand is rather interesting and is very prominent.
Best regards
Aaltjie

Dear Loot
What is happening here? This is a sight for sore eyes. Not because of the drought in your image, but the drought and lack of comments on your 3rd birthday anniversary posting on the site. I think it is disgusting and bad camaraderie to say the least. Where are the rest of the 120 members that made you favourite? Is this a case of out of sight, out of mind?
I am sorry I went off like that, but at the moment my brain feels as dehydrated as this dry scenery in front of me. I am really upset, and I feel lonesome like the tree in the image. Not even the beautiful blue sky can cheer me up, and I know all this feeling is for nothing, because nobody else will take note of what I have written here. To look at nature through your camera lens is such a wonderful experience, no matter where in the world you are. You never disappoint nor slack down in your ways. It does not matter what subject you present, it is always a pleasure to look at, enjoy and learn time and time again. Congratulations on your 3rd year on the site. I do not know about all the others but your photographs are a pleasure to look at. It is just a pity that time and energy is not always on my side to visit the site more regularly.
Warmest regards
Aaltjie and Hettie
Just remember there are some of us that will stick like glue to paper. Remember those. Forget the rest.

Dear Anna
This “Baby Face” image of yours is very special and speaks a lot of words. The eyes penetrates one’s mind. As if he/she stares right into your past and brings out a strong message "Get out of my face, I know what you have been doing". Wow, what a shot. The feeling captured in the eyes is marvelous. You were very lucky to get such a great shot, and this photo was perfectly timed. The stopwatch was in your favour. Congratulations.
Warmest regards

ps. Hettie like the crumbs on the mouth the best.

Dear Anna
Hettie asked that I make a special mention on this one as she loves it very much.
Yet another awesome photo from your hand and lens. You have chosen such a gorgeous flower as your birthday photo and we both can understand why you choose this one. It has a lot of beautiful details not to mentions the variation of colours and blotches. Well done on the outstanding choice of photograph, well done on your first birthday, well done for the great photography and well done for the great note.
Warmest regards
Aaltjie & Hettie

Dear Loot
With this image you make me long for the open spaces of South Africa and the nature that spoilt me while I stayed there. I just love the wide open space you have photographed here; in my imagination I can smell the fresh air, no pollution, no toxics, no garbage, no nothing in sight. Only a beautiful landscape that pleases me tremendously, as this is once again one of the wonders of the Creation that is created so masterfully. How I wish I could have been in that car driving uphill, not knowing what treasures will await me on the other side? Loot I am sorry to read that you are so busy with work projects at the moment. It is really a pity that work keeps you away from your hobby and leisure. Unfortunately that is life and we have to be thankful that we have the strength and physical ability to carry out our work, although we do not always feel that way. Please just do me a favour, when this project is completed, take a weekend break with your wife and spend some quality time together, as I am sure the two of you do not see each other much at the moment. Thanks for the beautiful words you have left us at this image as well as your Christmas image. It is taken to heart, and left in one of the rooms of the heart. May God bless you too!
Warmest regards
Aaltjie & Hettie

My friend Loot
I am just repeating the words that I have used on one of your previous sunset photos, as it once again comes straight from the heart. The trophy is yours! You surely are a winner.
Congratulations, or an exceptional outstanding photo, your expertise as photographer is worth much more than what you have received for this remarkable scenery. Congratulations for having a camera in the one hand and the proficiency in the other. I cannot say much, not because I don’t have anything to say, but because I am at lost of words. What a wonderful photo to share with us. A part of the Creation, in all its Glory. I must once again thank you for all you have shared with me and thousands of others. I appreciate your wisdom, knowledge, talents and kind heartiness, that you share so willingly with us. May we receive photos like this one in abundance in the future.
Kind regards
Aaltjie & Hettie
